At Garden of Eden Farms, we take pride in providing high-quality farm products, and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our items—especially frozen meat and fresh eggs—all sales are final. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, it is considered final.
Refunds are only offered in certain cases, such as if a product is confirmed to be spoiled at the time of pickup or delivery.
If you believe an item is spoiled, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

Frozen Meat & Food Safety
All meat is sold frozen. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on frozen, refrigerated, or sealed items once they have left our care. Customers are responsible for properly storing frozen items immediately after pickup or delivery.
Pickup & Delivery Issues
If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or notice damage at pickup/delivery, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Weight-Based Pricing (Important)
Many of our meat products are priced by the pound.
We charge for the exact weight of each item.
Because our website can only list items in whole-pound increments, the final weight may vary slightly from what is shown online.
Example: A “5 lb” chicken may weigh slightly more or less, and the final price will reflect the exact weight.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept natural weight variation in farm-raised products.
